About Personal Training
Personal training is a one on one, hour long training session that is tailored to the needs of the client and the goals they have set for themselves. Whether it is learning how to exercise in a safe and sustainable way, motivational support, or exercising to increase performance in cardiovascular, strength, or endurance training; personal training provides individualized attention that you will not find in a group class setting.
What you can expect
You will be provided an individualized program catered to your specific goals and needs. This program will include a free physical assessment (balance, flexibility, movement patterns, etc.) before the program begins and a free follow up assessment to see how you have progressed through the program. You can also expect an in depth workout plan that will include cardiovascular training, balance, core and resistance training as well as weekly check ins that help maintain accountability and adherence to the program.
