What is Power Performance?
Power Performance is a unique program that offers athletes individualized strength and conditioning plans tailored to their specific needs while training in a supportive group environment. Using the Teambuildr software, workouts are customized for each athlete, with goals established to ensure accountability and continuous progress toward peak performance.
How it works?
Athletes start with a full assessment to evaluate power, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. They receive personalized strength and conditioning programs through Teambuildr, allowing them to train both in-session with our coach and at home if needed.
Sessions run from 4-7 pm, Monday through Friday, with each session lasting one hour. Training days are structured as follows:
A Days: Focus on coordination, stability, mobility, and aerobic or anaerobic conditioning.
B Days: Emphasize strength, stability, and mobility through compound lifts and plyometrics.
C Days: Address sport-specific needs, balance, core strength, and functional movement patterns.
